The short version: Veynor is a decision tool, not therapy and not professional advice. You get five free sessions with no account and no card. If you subscribe, Apple or Google bills you and you cancel there. Your sessions live on your device, so they are yours to keep and yours to lose. Do not use Veynor if you are in crisis — talk to a qualified human.
Veynor is published by Mondivio. These terms apply to the Veynor mobile apps and to veynor.co. By installing or using Veynor you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. Questions go to hello@veynor.co.
Veynor helps you think through a decision and hands you one next step. It is a self-reflection tool. It is not mental health care, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice, and nothing it returns is a professional opinion. Responses are generated by AI and can be wrong. You stay responsible for what you decide and do.
Veynor is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified human — in the EU call 116 123, in the US call 988, or your local emergency number.
Veynor has no login. That is deliberate, and it has a consequence worth stating plainly: because we hold nothing about you, we cannot restore your sessions. If you delete the app, lose your device, or lose your backup, your history is gone and we cannot recover it. Your encrypted backup is the only way your data moves between devices.
Five clarity sessions are free, in total rather than per period, with every mode unlocked. After that a subscription is required to continue. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. Prices, renewal, refunds and cancellation are handled under those stores' terms, and you manage or cancel in your store account. We never see or hold your payment details.
What you write and say in Veynor stays yours. We claim no ownership over it and no licence to reuse it. Session text is sent to AI providers only to produce your reply, without your name, email or any account identifier, and is not retained by them for training under our integration. The Privacy Policy sets out the detail and forms part of these terms.
Use Veynor for yourself and lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service, and do not use it to harm someone else. We may suspend access that does any of those things.
Veynor is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be withdrawn. To the extent the law allows, Mondivio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Veynor, or from a decision you took after using it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.
We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continued use after that means you accept the new version.
Dutch law applies, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
